We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator for a contract position in Dubai. You will be responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials. This role requires precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on cranes.
- Follow site safety protocols and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Coordinate with ground crew and signalers to ensure safe operations.
- Document daily crane activities and maintenance logs.
Requirements
- 9 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting.
- Valid crane operator certification recognized in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of crane load charts and rigging techniques.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and follow detailed instructions.
- Proficient in using radio communication devices.
Working conditions
Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
