Steel Fixer / Ironworker

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Steel Fixer / Ironworker to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fixing and ironwork. The role involves working on-site, handling various tasks related to reinforcing steel structures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
• Install and secure steel bars and mesh in concrete forms.
• Cut, bend, and weld steel bars to required specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Steel Fixer or Ironworker.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for cutting and bending steel.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Physically fit to handle heavy materials and equipment.

Working conditions

Work is performed on construction sites in Saudi Arabia. Requires physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
