ILO presents results from EU-Bangladesh Talent Partnership

The ILO shares outcomes from a partnership with the EU aimed at improving skilled labor mobility.

The International Labour Organization (ILO) recently presented positive outcomes from its EU-Bangladesh Talent Partnership, reporting training for over 1,000 individuals in various skilled professions. As part of the initiative, 776 participants have been assessed as competent across twelve occupations. The program aims to create legal migration pathways and upskill Bangladeshi workers to meet the demands of the labor market in EU Member States. ILO's recommendations focus on simplifying skills recognition procedures to facilitate easier employment opportunities for migrant workers.
