An official has accused Telangana Overseas Manpower Company of defrauding job seekers, alleging false job offers and exorbitant fees for recruitment services.
In a recent press conference, the General Secretary of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi accused the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM) of transforming into a scam operation where unemployed youths have been swindled out of significant sums of money ostensibly for job placements abroad. The allegations highlight that many of these youth paid premiums for training and certifications but ended up in unskilled jobs rather than the promised technical roles in countries like Germany.
Calls for accountability have surged, demanding that criminal proceedings be initiated against involved parties, emphasizing the need for regulatory scrutiny in overseas recruitment processes to safeguard potential migrant workers from exploitation and financial loss.
